Upon accepting our business terms, you agree to the following conditions unconditionally:

v  Regarding Sampling & order placement:-

·         That any sample ordered through Mila.in shall not be shown/transferred to any other agent, factory, seller/supplier, or any person other than yourself. These samples are only for business purposes enabling you to plan value orders as per MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) mentioned.

·         That you intend to place an order with MOQ resulting in a minimum order value of US$10,000 and all orders once placed and confirmed by Mila, cannot be cancelled. If order value is less than US$10,000 then transportation & handling cost of US$200 will be added to the invoice.

·         If any order is cancelled after paying advance deposit, the advance deposit shall not be returned.

·         That your approved samples (including any changes if specified) will be used as Master sample by the factory to follow for their complete production with a minimal tolerance level of 5% with regards to quality, weight and dimensions.

·         That Mila will send you post-production sample for shipment approval (if required).

v  Regarding testing & Inspections:-

·         That A copy of the inspection report with pictures will be shared with you for shipment approval. Besides this Mila will also use their existing Inspection and Quality control software accommodating all the quality control points which will be given to the factory for their internal quality checks making sure all and any mistake can be found and rectified right in the beginning of the production.

·         Our all product food –safe as per CA Prop 65 & EU LFGB  food contact testing protocol.

·         If any 3^rd party inspection or testing will be required by buyer then all the cost involved will be payable by buyer.

v  Reg. Production :-

·         That Mila will also keep a regular follow-up with the factories regarding the production stage, quality check and any issue arising for timely delivery.

v  Communication :-

·         All the communications/orders to the selected factory will be routed through Mila only and that you or your agent will not communicate or place any direct order with the factory without Mila concern and approvals.

v  Prices listed on Mila.in :-

·         That all prices are normal packing in brown cartons. Any extra/customized packing will be charged extra.

·         That all prices are dynamic and can change without notice, and US $ is the base price. Once samples are received and quantity, prices are re-confirmed in a proforma invoice then those prices would be final and would not change during the course of the order.

v  Mila Services :-

·         That Mila will provide complete support from enquiry and order receiving to shipment dispatch. This also includes all Pre and Post shipment documentation with regards to the factory and your forwarder.

·         That in case of order placed with multiple factories, Mila will take care of the same process to be followed with each one of them. Mile will also coordinate with all for timely container consolidation.

v  Claims & refunds:-

·         That Mila will only accept the claims/refunds/discounts if un-salability of the product arises due to poor manufacturing or finishing or a variation in quality from the approved sample exceeding 5% tolerance.

·         That Mila would not be liable for loss/damage to items from cartons after custom check including damage in transit, despite packing specifications being followed.

v  Payment terms :-

·         That the payment terms will be either LC at sight OR 30% advance and balance before shipment dispatch. Better terms can be offered to customer who sign exclusivity contract.
