Quality –
1. Mila
will do Inspection and Quality Control as per Master Approved Sample and specifications
given by the buyer with tolerance level of 5% with regard to quality, weight
and dimension.
2. Mila
has developed a Software accommodating the Quality Control points and would
implement the system.
3. A
copy of final inspection report together with inspection pictures, would be
e-mailed to the buyer after the shipment is inspected.
Packing –
1. Packing
specification of all product are clearly mentioned in features. Carton
dimensions, carton volume, number of pieces per carton is also specified.
2. Any
special packing would be charged extra by the vendor in their invoice.
Documentation
- Complete documentation will be provided once shipment is ready for dispatch
& updated once vessel sails.
Delivery – Delivery time would be as confirmed by Mila on an order to order basis depending upon volume and market situation. An indicative time is mentioned for each item. Periodical production and delivery report will be given by uploading a google sheet.
In case any product in a shipment is found defective, Mila
will provide free replacement. To process the claim, following needs to be
done.
a. The
buyer needs to send exact count of defective pieces.
b. This data to be supported by photos/videos.
c. Exact
type of defect should be specified close up photo of specific defects and a
group photo of all defective items to be sent.
d. If
required, a few samples may be couriered to Mila.
e. After
due verification, Mila may ask for defective goods to be returned at Mila cost.
New product of same items would be sent as free replacement in buyer’s next
order.
f. Under special circumstances, Mila may agree to send free replacement in next order, without recalling defective items.
